The units are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. Thermostats, switches, and wiring are tested operation and repaired or replaced as necessary. Fan motors are checked, lubricated and/or replaced as necessary. Condenser and evaporator coils are checked for damage and repaired as necessary. Refrigerant charges are checked and re-charged to the original manufacturer's specifications.

Upon re-assembly, new filters are installed. Discharge grilles are repaired or replaced. Control knobs and escutcheon plates are replaced as necessary. Our used units include a 90-day replacement warranty and extended warranty options are available. Prices start at only $175.00 per unit.
